The Space.
Cottage #1 is a ground floor unit with easy walk up entrance. The unit has a large master suite with private balcony access and large master bathroom. With a split floor plan the guest bedroom, with queen/double bunk bed, is located on the other side of the unit and shares a bathroom with the living area.
We have a large living area for seating 9-10 comfortably. A pull out sofa and futon convert to extra sleeping in the living room.
The full kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove and oven as well as dishwasher for cleanup.
The property has room for fun and entertaining at the pool and patio or private balcony. We have a custom build tiki hut and UNSTOCKED bar, and grill, perfect for after the beach or taking a break from the sand on our lounge chairs.
Other essentials and amenities we provide are pack'n'play, soap and toiletries, extra linens, beach towels and chairs, free fast wifi and streaming, TV's in every bedroom and much much more for you to enjoy.
The Neighborhood.
We are located on the Point of Rocks Rd beach access in South Siesta Key near crescent beach. Steps to the sand, as well as short walks to restaurants like Anna's Deli, Toasted Mango Cafe, Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curks Oyster, Spearfish Grille, Big Water Fish Market, and grocery at Crescent Beach Grocery. We are a 5-10min trolly ride to Siesta Key main beach access, turtle beach access, and Siesta Key Village. Siesta Key village provides you with numerous other options for dining and shopping. For boat rentals, jet skis or your fishing outfitting Mr. CB's is located just a half mile down the road.
No need to drive!!! There are numerous free ride cart services and the main Siesta Key Trolly running until 11pm can get you where you're going all over the Key. Uber and Lyft provide rideshare service throughout Siesta Key and Sarasota.
